10 bolt gears...

Posted By: 151Racing On: 03-20-2010 @ 16:34:51         Reply | Edit
I've been searching around and cant seem to find if my 94 3.4 would have 7.5" or 7.625" rear gears. I'm replacing the pinion, carrier and rear wheel bearings and am not sure which bearing package to buy. The bearings might even fit both, i'm just not sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

I've never done gears but judging by what the parts website sells it looks like 7.5"

yeah, if i recall. I got my gears from summit racing and had them installed locally by a shop that only did rear ends. I'd check what summit says according to your year

I'm pretty sure the bearings and most of the components inside are the same..but don't quote me on that.

Thanks, I'll just check with summit seeing as how I live about 10 min away. I know I can walk in and they will sell me what they say will fit but I just figured I'd see what I can figure out on my own first.
