random tranny problem

so right now as it sits i have a 94 v6 camaro 3.4L automatic...when my car is running regardless if its actually driving or in park idleing...when i rev my car the tranny fluid builds up and pops the dipstick out then spews fluid out the filler tube over everything. they said its possibly my vacuum modulator but i cant find one anywhere, then someone said my filter is clogged(i just replaced it 8 months ago) outta ideas someone please help me with any ideas.

Maybe someone over filled the tranny?
