I started to take my pcm out and noticed this loose wire. Any Ideas what it is?

Is it on your 51-52 pin? If so, the person who had the car before you might have had an aftermarket tachometer on your car. I remember the wire for the tach signal is white on most 98-02 fbodies.

fuel pump prime connector. It doesn't go to anything.
