Head Light Covers

I got this pair of Wade smoked head light covers a while back. They were free so no big deal. I'd really like to install them onto my 97 camaro but the problem is that I only have the lenses and thats it. Does anyone know how to install these short of glue? What part came with it that I didn't recieve?

that wouldn't work at all it would look bad and it just wouldn't hold it

tis true. there are little plastic angle pieces that are attached by the body molding double sided tape stuff and the covers velcro to those.
