What would you do with 1500.....

I am getting a lot back from taxes this year, and am finally thinking about parking the Camaro and slapping on the turbocharger since it won't seem to sell. Been waste of time after waste of time with iffy buyers. Fuck it. Car has 110k on it, runs perfect, maintains great oil pressure, and only uses about 3/4 of a quart of oil every 5000. If I do it, I will start off with around 4-5lbs of boost, and tune it from there.
What do you guys think?

4 to 5 lbs of boost is too little. 9 to 10 lbs of boost (relative to the size of the turbo of course) is perfectly safe for your 3.8 engine. That will also give you a leg up on the stock LS1 crowd. -- Why in the world would I ever want to downgrade to a V8?
