I got one for 94 in a 65 which is a 3 point offense. which brings my total for two years to 13

They get suspended at 12 so now I have to take a defensive driving class before my court date to keep my license. I'm on a bad streak, got a ticket for 64 in a 55 dec 07, 84 in a 65 in jan 08, 87 in a 65 in march 08, and now this. I'm not buyin a lottery ticket lol

come to the Bahamas, the cops are too lazy & worthless. I got pulled over 2x recently, one for overtaking 4 cars that were doing 15 in a 35 got up to 70 going around them, and discovered one was a cop car

soon as his lights came on I pulled over, just got told to be carefull.
The other one, a guy stepped off the sidewalw walking diagonally across the road as slow as possible, with the "you gotta stop for me attitude" NOT! I happened to be just shifting into second, so I dumped the clutch and floored it, well with 500HP you can guess what happened, and amazingly the dude quickly figured out how to haus ass out of the way

Well there was a motorcycle cop right there, but I did not see him till I passed, and when he took off after me, I pulled over & got out & waited for him, he repramanded me, but he knew why I did what I did so no ticket then either.

i had 3 tickets, about 8-9 points over the last 3 years, i voluntarily took the 8 hour sit in course to take 4 points off of my license due to the fact i am a tech and dealerships dont like to hire and insure you have a lot of points on your license...

i think the course was like 50 bucks, and really wasnt that bad, in indiana i think its a 6 hour course, i could be mistaken...either way same principle.

different offenses carry different amounts of points

in IL you get 3 tickets/year

You really dont need a radar to evade the cops at 100 mph. The Crown Victorias with the Police Intercepter Package only run a mid to high 15 sec. quarter mile and are supposed to be governed at 130 mile per hour. Those are some huge cars weighing in at about 4000 lbs without the driver. You can do the math and figure this out by yourself. If your doing in excess of 100 mph while a cop is standing still or close enough to it your going to run off and leave him and its kind of hard to read a plate thats moving in excess of 100 mph unless they are naturally facing the direction of your rear plate. Ever wonder why they dont show videos of cops chasing sports cars.....much less muscle cars? Just a thought for you.

Well...the best that they offer in the Dodge Charger is with the Hemi V8 and its making 425 horsepower at the engine. I would still take it but it would no doubt be a headache and would catch most of the rest of you with no problem.

I have a radar detector I just didn't have it on cause I'm tryin like hell to take it easy. I actually was going the speed limit then some idiot cut me off then brake checked me so I kicked out in the fast lane and passed him and the car in front of him then slowed back down to the speed limit. In ohio you get twelve points in two years. I have ten, not counting this ticket, and this ticket is either a 2 or 3 point offense. The defensive driving course cost 80 and makes your license not get suspended till 14 points

my buddy's dad is a cop in nj...
he was driving in his unmarked car, and tried passing someone. the guy got all pissed, and took off. the guy pulled over after a toll booth, and as my friends dad drove past, the guy threw 2 eggs at his car...
obviously, he threw the cherries on immediately, the guy pulled over. friends dad asked if he had more eggs in the car, guy said they were in the back seat. so he walked to the back seat, and smashed them all with his night stick. then called 2 uniforms in to give the guy a lot of tickets. lol.

i got pulled over going 40 in a 45, as i was slowly accelerating after stopping at a traffic light. Hence why ive stopped speeding in my car!

but he dropped it down to 90.........this was in the v6 to i was at like 5000rpm when i passed him and i still had a full gear left

The class doesn't make the speeding ticket disappear, it just means that I will have 14 points till my license suspend not 12. It's an 8 hour class too

Oh and I was sentenced to a year in jail, but they suspended all but 40 days, if i fuck up at all in the next 3 years, its off to jail for a year, VA sucks. Plus I had the "Best" attorney in the area apparently, cost 7 grand for him. VA REALLY SUCKS.
