may be buying a firebird Posted By: mcinque1003 On: 03-21-2010 @ 20:09:29 Reply | Edit i haven't had a F-body for about 4 yrs. the last one i had was a '94 formula. i've been missing the f-body's so much that i'd like to get back into one. i found a 2002 v6 firebird convertable w/ 47000 miles. the dealer is asking 12900 for it. it seems to be in good shape and they give a 12 month 12000 mile warentee. does that seem like a good deal? also, what should i check for on these cars? after i sould my '94 formula i got a 2002 grand prix 3.1L and i now have an '06 grand prix GT S/C. i know the firebird is goning to be quite a bit slower, but i just dont like the grand prix at all.
