anyone know how to get a running light out?

my running light on the right side up front burned out. how do i get to it?

reach down in there, twist and it comes out...its really easy

^ you can either reach down from the top but if your arm doesnt fit go underneath theres a black flap...couple 11mm bolts and the flap unhinges and you can reach from there.
