Well my little V6 finally made my first goal. New goal is 600 RWHP and a better than 11.8 1/4 mile. More to come!

Yea yea, It was a very conservative tune and if you look at the sheet it was only to 5500 RPMS. The a/f went extremly lean at 5200 RPMS and we let off at 5500.

I just ordered a couple of items to resolve the fuel issue. it'll go on this weekend and Tiago and I will be tuning it to run upto 6700 RPMS. we'll also be adding 9-15 degrees of timeing as well. should be fun! in 2 weeks at the clash!

Woo Hoo! Congrats on the awesome dyno numbers bud!

Got anything special planned for me, you and Viper or do you just want to wing it until the three of us eventually race against each other?

Seans also sneaking up from the rear. I think hes looking for some 11's on Nitrous on this trip as well.

Nice, but if it was a V8, it could have been:
503/6 = 83.833hp x8 = 670.66 hp and you would have reached your new goal.

However I AM happy for you
--

Posted By: Jeremiah On: 07-25-2007 @ 16:50:20     Reply | Top | Edit
yeah, but 670hp out of a V8 is all to common. As far as we know he is the first to dyno over 500rwhp in a v6 fbody Some of the FWD 3.8L guys have done it, but those cars are true race cars. This one can be driven daily.

no he put down 440hp at the wheels only reving to 6k and several other issues. He has just too busy(mainly Army stuff) to have time to get the car worked on and to play with it at all.
