Tools Needed:
Electronics Knowledge
Wiring/Hand tools

Parts Needed:
1 relay
1 capacior about 9900uF, 6-12V, Electrolytic (you can parallel caps to up the capacitance)
1 in-line fuse holder (w/3-5amp fuse)
20 gauge wire
terminals - spade, ring
Splicing supplies (solder or t-taps)

Purpose:
To setup the ASR to turn off after engine start but retain the ability to engage thereafter.

How - To:
Step 1
The instructions will be somewhat generic, as with any electrical project, it's up to you where you want to mount stuff. I mounted the relay below the shift boot and was also able to pickup a chassis ground there also. Start by tapping into the wires on that go to the ASR switch (brown and black) leave the original wiring connected so that you can still control the ASR.

Step 2

Connect the fuse holder onto the yellow 10gauge wire at the clutch interlock. Connect a wire to this fuse holder and run it to your relay. Follow the schematic for the rest.

Step 3
This works on my car. Only once in a great while if I run the starter shortly then it might not work. I welcome any suggestions from electronics gurus out there.
