Tools Needed:
Pliars, ~400 grit sandpaper

Parts Needed:


Purpose:
Improve airflow in your airbox lid, and creating the same basic thing as a whisper lid you can purchase for $100+.

How - To:
Step 1
Unlatch your airbox lid, and undo the hose clamp on it so you can remove it completely.


Step 2
Take the pliars and bend/pry off every one of the little fins on the underside of the lid.


Step 3
Sand it down well and wash it off to make sure you get rid of all small particles.


Step 4
Re-attach the lid.

You don't want to use 400grit sandpaper, it's too fine to to the job, use something not so fine, I used 120grit.
