got it cheap, i did feel the throttle responseand power, but it feels so cheap.
i initially ordered the slp lid, but got screwed up. So, they sent me whisper.

I DONT KNOW ABOUT ANYONE ELSE, BUT THE WISPER LID IS GOOD FOR SOME QUICK HP. SO FAR ITS THE ONLY AFTER- MARKET PRODUCT I HAVE FOR MY 2002 LS1. AND IT DOSENT GIVE A WHOLE LOT OF HP, BUT IT DOES GIVE MORE THAN A KICK.
I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

It makes the engine bay look much cleaner, and it deapened the exhaust tone. Not any huge preformance gain, but I do like the product.

Car = 1999 Chevrolet Camaro V6 3.8L
Performance:
I noticed a slight increase in acceleration from a stop and at highway speeds. (Its nothing that makes you go "Wow"
The lid also changed the sound of the enginge, making it sound more agressive.
I have also noticed a slight increase in gas milage.
Installation is easy took less than 15min. The hardest part is installing the sensor in the new lid.
Overall I think this was a decent modification, however the piece of plastic is expensive with he price of $130 99-02 V6 models.

Lid is good, just DO NOT do the "fernco" mod with this lid on! Purchased w/ both K&N filters.
