Comments:
The flowmaster 3 inch system for the 3rd gen camaros was a nice addition to my car along with additional sound enhancment of the car. The kit came with everything I needed and some halfway decent instructions. However once everthing was in place, the damn clamps didnt do anything in terms of holding the thing together. I had to bring the car to tac weld the componets together. They tried using everything to make the clamps work but with no use. I ended up paying extra to get the thing tac welded. NOt that I am complaining but they sould put some better supplies in there. I realize the kit was made for someone doing this in their driveway, however a little more quality parts would have been nice.

Comments:
I purchased the FM American Thunder system for my '02 Camaro with the 3.8, V6. The price was good, Instructions okay, the sound was a bit disappointing but the performance is really what surprised me. You can definitely feel the power from 1st-3rd gears.

Comments:
Ordered American Thunder from Summit Racing for $255 shipped. Installation took 1 hour and 20 minutes from start to finish - very easy install! Much better sound and better throttle response. The only drawback is the tips look like they belong on a pickup. But for $255 it's a decent deal. I didn't notice any loss of low end torque and the exhaust is about as quiet as stock when the car is at cruising speed but floor it and it sounds awesome. Carrying the old exhaust into storage I noticed that it might very well be a few pounds heavier than the Flowmaster. Now I got these Z28 tips, I think one would look good on my Ranger!
