I ordered a set of Ram Air stripes for my 95 T/A with a Warbird Hood "LS1 Style" i ordered the decals on 5/5/04 and was told it would be 4-5 days shipping well it took Autografics 3+ weeks till i got my shipment. I emailed them about 3 times and never got a response, well i did but it was always an automated email that promised to get back to me with some info. on my order but they never did. I finally emailed them one last time at the 3 week mark asking them once again about my order but this time i also threatend to just call Pay-Pal and my CC company if i did not get a response and try and get them to help me out with a refund. Well to my surprise the following day after that last email i got a response from them giving me info that my decals were shipping out that same day. When i got them i inspected them to see how well they would fit, the hood stripes were not perfect as i expected since they were meant for an LS1 "Ram Air" and i have an LT1 with a LS1 "Ram Air" style hood. Well that was'nt a problem but what was a problem is that the spoiler and hatch stripes did'nt fit they were way to big (to long) now everyone knows that all 4th gen. T/A's have the same hatch so they should of fit perfectly. To say the least i will not buy from AutoGraFics ever again they do not ship when promised and they're decals were not cut to fit in my case.
