RATTLE AND BUZZING NOISE

hey guys i got this noise in my car, noise is loudest when cold, and starts around 2,500 rpm, its like a buzzing, sounds kind of like lifter noise but its not valve train, does it a lot when u decel quickly or downshift, im thinking its a cracked manifold?? anything??

i read some things about distributor bearings, can it be???

not trying to be a smart ass but its really hard to diagnose noises from a description. My advice you be to get a stethascope with a probe and start listening to things.

Possible suspects would be alternator bearings, idler bearings, tensioner bearings, power steering pump, A/C clutch bearings.
