where do I find one? Hell I poked around for a half hr looking for one under the hood. Am I going to have to go all the way back under the dash? I even went to the relay for the air pump motor and it does even go hot when the car is running.

I used the pink wire on the end of the harness, that clips into place on top of the passenger side wheel well. --

Yeah, it definitely takes awhile to bleed them. Don't forget you need to bleed them with the coolant hot so the thermostat is open. Bleeding without the engine running (very tempting with an electric pump) won't remove all of the air. -- 95 T/A.

thats funny 95 T/A because you would not believe how many so called "mechanics" dont know that. I have accually had to teach more than 1 person I have worked for, just how a cooling system functions and how to fill it correctly along with the why's and why not's. All is good my customer is very happy. It is a littrle fat on the bottom end, and maybe a tad lean at the top. It starts to fall off around 6200. I maybe should have put more duration in the cam, and or had the CL moved up a little too. It does idle very nice at about 1025. Can I run the snapon scanner on this and send a print out ( 60 second running data) to Brian ? Give him the O2 read outs to work from? I can call and ask him but I thought maybe you would know. He should be able to get a better idea of what changes to make from that correct?

Fill me in on what you have for tuning. Do you have a mail-order tune from Bryan, or what? There isn't anything you can't do with a tune. By giving him a CSV file, he can change anything you want, at a price ($50 each time). Personally, I'd get it on the dyno and do some tuning that way. There is only so much tuning one can do through the mail. -- 95 T/A.

Yes, mail order from Brian. I'm trying to avoid the dyno pulls. ($$$) That's why I asked about the 60 second play back. I have no idea what he did as far as the tune itself. I gave him a very detailed discription of the motor, when I sent the ECU to him. I have a little backfire/pop on the intake side when it gets warmed up. I had to turn the idle up a little On the throttle body when I got it running. So I'm going to re-set the TPS. It just seems a little fat at the lower RPM's and with the popping it leads me to think that way.

Just my .02 but here it goes.
I got a mail order tune from Bryan it was defiantley an upgrade over the stock tune, but it was still very safely tuned and not really to my liking. I also had some things like you describe. I started tinkering with it my self and got over 3 tenths in the 1/8th mile out it. That is alot.
You need to make your self a signature with all your crap listed in it and I will drag down my hard drive and start tuning again. I think I finally have things around here causght up enough that I can do a couple a week.
