started to take my pcm out and noticed this loose wire. Any Ideas why it is unplugged? someone said its a fuel pump prime connector. Im having a problem with my 95 z28 I just purchased , I have narrowed it down to 3 or 4 things that I think could be possibilities. 1. Pcm Needs to be tuned. 2. Optispark needs replaced/fixed 3. Clogged Cat-Converter or 4. bad plugs and wires.
but I saw this and thought I would find out why its unplugged and If it may be causing my problems.

your links are dead but if it is this then it is the fuel pump prime connector. you can connect that via wire to the positive terminal of the battery and it will power the fuel pump.

that is a test terminal. if your fuel pump dies that allows you to test the fuel pump to see if it is operating completely independantly of all relays and such that are part of the fuel system -- 94 formula, turning into a trans am
