Thinking of buying a used ZEX kit.

It was on a 94 vette. It comes with the bottle, bracket, control box (tps window switch), lines and a 100 shot nozzle. I'd like to put it on my car but I'm afarid of hurting it being that it's stock besides the LT's. The car has 145k on the clock but the motor was rebuilt by GM at 100K, so I guess you could say it's only got 45K on it.
My question is, would it be safe to run this kit on my car as is? I know I should run colder plugs and preferably get it tuned. What is a safe shot to run on a stock car/tune? 50? 75?
Thanks in advance guys. --

The consensus that the max spray you'd want to go (properly set up, FPSS, etc.) is a 150 shot with supporting modifications. Being that you are stock, the most that I would go is a 100 shot.

I personally hated my zex kit. The box was HUGE and I couldn't really find a reasonable place to mount it in the engine bay (had the msd over by the fuse box). There was another person a ran into at the track with one and his car caught on fire right in front of me I would stick with a NX kit or another wet style n20 kit. -- 94z28 13.0@109 (still tweaking) best 60ft:2.22
