Fans won't turn on Posted By: skylar_white91 On: 09-04-2008 @ 23:08:19 Reply | Edit I have a 94 Camaro Z28. I put my new water pump and 160 T stat in along with new fan relays and a new water temp sensor.I also checked the fan fuses and they are still good but for some reason my fans wont turn on and my car overheats the fans normally kick on when the temp gauge hits the half way mark but it will climb higher than that now and still not turn on. If nothing, trace backwards till you get power... Why were the relays replaced to begin with? Were the others bad? I think there are two temp sensors... One for the gauge and one for the fans... That should get your fans runnin. GM made these cars to run hot!!! Primary fan on at 222* sec. at 242*. Cause in my book there is 3. Other one at pump housing, and guage sender at radiator cap. I just fixed my fans changed the bogus info sensor location and they work. Maybe you should learn how to talk to people and your facts before you lay your bogus info.
