HP ON 383 ON JUICE? If so by whom. What are the head flow numbers? What is the intake runner volume? Are you getting the car tuned? What size injectors and Throttle body are you running? What sort of exhaust are you running? Do you have a bottle heater? Who was the tranny rebuilt by? If not rebuilt is it sliping yet because it will be? Hope you upgraded the connecting rods and valve springs. All these little things that support the build have a big factor on how well it will do?
