Formula High Idle

I recently purchased a 1994 Formula M6. It has a new crate lt1 in it. At the time it had a miss which turned up to be a bad lifter. I replaced the lifter and put new gaskets on the intake and new vacuum hoses. Since then it idles anywhere from 1500 to 2000rpm when it warms up. When its cold it will idle at 800rpm or so but it has a really slow rpm fall. I have replaced the maf and tps plus cleaned my throttle body and checked the blades. I'm thinking it may be one of my vacuum hoses because i don't know where to get replacements so i just got the same size hoses but they aren't as strong as the factory hoses. I know that if i unplug my brake booster and it loses vacuum it idles fine. It also ocasionally gives my an abs and check engine light but i cant check them which i have read is an issue on some 94 cars. But any help is greatly apppreciated
