Missing

My car seems to run fine until I drive it for more than an hour like on interstate then it will start missing really bad until it cools down. Any ideas what might cause this?
Also, I keep fouling plugs after only a few thousand miles and it is running really rich. Would bad o2 cause this?

I changed plugs (fouled bad) and O2s (fouled bad). Car runs much better has crisp throttle again, but have yet to take a long drive, but will be making a 3 hour trip sat. less than a year ago I replaced icm coil plugs and wires and opti. I think the bad os caused the plugs to foul. could still be a bad coil or icm i suppose funny it only does it after driveing a long distance.
