I have a 96 trans am. It has a miss above about 4500 rpm under load. It also shakes alot in 6th when the rpms are low and I give it gas this may be because the rpms just arent high enough Im not sure. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. The coil is new the fuel pump and fuel filter are new. The opti plug wires and plugs were changed not long ago with accel products where do I go from here.

make sure no wires are burned...or cut. chevk along the exhaust manifold, or header whichever, any by the PS pulley...make sure the wires are all ok. make sure gap on plugs is correct, fireing order is right, everything is tight, etc. -- Any chevy can be an SS.
Only a Camaro can be a Z28
