Has anyone used one of these direct bolt on electric pumps? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trkparms=tab%3DWatching&viewitem=&item=380009587507&_trksid=p3907.m32
There are several different brands and models but my question is, On the stock waterpump housing there is a insert for an electric harness (not sure what its for). These aftermarket pumps dont seem to have this. What will happen if I dont plug that wire harness in?

That one doesn't have it because it is meant for a carburated engine. Your PCM needs that reading to operate properly. -- 95 Z28, A-4, K&N intake, TF elbow, polished 52mm Edelbrock, free mods, gutted cat, Magnaflow catback, LT4 roller timing set, A/C AIR & EGR del.
