help please???? Posted By: lt4weeda On: 05-28-2008 @ 20:45:20 Reply | Edit ok well i have a 94 lt1 6 spd, i was pulling codes 16 and 63, to eliminate them i changed the 02 sensors and tps it cleared the codes. now i am not pulling any codes didnt help how the car ran so now i changed the egr and pcv. still no help. my car seems to have some sort of backfire or short when i hit the throtlle, the engine only has 30,000 miles on it and had new optispark, plugs, and wires when it was done. just looking for some help on what the heck would make my car go haywire like this -- 1994 Camaro- lt4 with CAI, t56 6 spd transmission 1968 Camaro- 327 out of a combine with a moroso cam 500 lift 273 in/exh duration, edelbrock timing kit, 700 cfm edelbrock carb, mark williams 9in. rear end 4.77 gears, and a painless wiring kit Posted By: GREENARROW On: 05-28-2008 @ 21:12:42 Reply | Top | Edit try looking for any cracks in the vacuum hoses. -- GREENARROW  1st fbody - 87 Camaro 2.8, 2nd fbody - 96 TA (RIP)

What happens when you stay in the throttle? What happens at idle? Is there smoke out the back when this happens? What color smoke? Does the engine seem to miss? Is there a loss of power? Do you have any aftermarket items like a new intake air temp sensor or MAF? The more detail we have, the better we can help... --
