What kind of problems would I be experience with bad o-rings on the injectors? Also, would it be worth upgrading to 25lb/hr injectors?

I'd say if it's the fuel rail side you'd have a fuel leak, and on the intake side you'd have a vacuum leak. -- 1982 Z28, 383, D-1SC intercooled @ 10psi, trick flow heads, solid roller cam, 3.73's, stall

I have a small leak from one of the injectors... The car (93 trans am btw) is having a hard time starting up on cold starts. Warm starts are no problem at all... I don't know if bad o rings would cause that though... Any help is appreciated because all my knowledge of fuel delivery ends with carburetors... [ Edited on 05/16/2008 @ 14:45:56 ]

I'd start out checking the fuel pressure. If the pressure doesn't hold the engine won't get enough fuel for a cold start. Connect a gauge, turn on the key. The pressure should rise to 30+ and stay there for several minutes; the manual says 20. If the pressure drops right away you have a fuel leak.
It could be an injector with a pintle that isn't sealing or the flex pipe that goes from the fuel pump to the tank flange. Anywhere else will be readily apparent because of spilled gas.
I've had two vehicles where the flex pipe was up against a spring or a bracket and wore through causing a leak inside the tank. It's a pain, but a leak inside the gas tank is the safest leak you can have.
In the interim you can turn the key on and off two or three times within a few seconds before starting to spray some extra fuel before the pressure drops prior to starting.
Good luck
