solid motor mounts???

who has them and how harsh are they for street driving?

I made mine solid. I probably need to drive it more, but I don't notice much difference from the driver seat granted all the other noises and shakes probably drown any shake from the motor anyway. I love it cause now my exhaust doesn't bounce all around everywhere.

Yeah thats what I have been finding out through my searches, that they are not that bad. I think I am going to pick up a set for my bird, I need new ones anyways and they are a lot cheaper than new mounts.

I just wanted to see if anyone street drives with them on a regular basis.

I have the solids and everything buzzes now.

They are tolerable but no really needed IMO.

well I just wanted to know if they were "liveable" to a gearhead like myself. I am really just looking for a cheaper alternative to new stock mounts. I DONT want inserts, PITA.
