ROCKER ARMS

what kind of rocker arms is everyone using, and wat is good? how much increase in power should i expect and part numbers would help. its a 95 lt1 m6

depends on what your set up is going to be and what your trying to do with your car.

Most people with aftermarket cams will run 1.6 ratio full roller rockers. They need to be self aligning or you will need pushrod guid plates.

All in all your question is VERY vauge.

From what I've read you can throw on a set of 1.6 rr with new springs with a stock setup and be OK. It will make the cam seem larger due to the larger ratio. Also, I've read that your oil temp will drop 20 or 30 degrees.

Maybe some one with more experience will chime in with some input.
