ok who knows where i can buy that plate that mounts on the intake with the hook on it... happy hooker tool... i cant find where to buy the dam thing this has been goin on for 2 hours lol --

Obviously do it any way you want but I have had the engine out three times in my Formula and broke the cowl or windshield. Good luck though. --

The only hook ones I have ever seen have been the ones that go in place of the carb... What does the one you are talking about look like?
If you have the lt1 intake off, you should be able to just use a chain with some of the intake studs... make sure you hook onto at least 4 studs and it should lift out alright... --

hot red Z tpis sells them check it out you dont even have to pull the intake manifold off... i have almost everyhthing unbolted so far just waiting on the tool lol i hate shipping it always takes twice as long as they say haha --
