My best run was 14.978 @ 93.616, but that is at 5400 feet above sea level (Albuquerque, NM) so corrected is 14.16 @ 98.484. My only mod is a home made CAI, cost me $60.
This was my first time running on a real track, pretty cool. There was a guy that I kept getting staged next to in a beat up Dodge Stealth (non turbo) with NOS stickers on it. He kept revving his engine and looking at me. I kept thinking he was going to overheat his car. Anyway, his best run was a 16.8. Later I was driving my father-in-law's VUE and seen the same guy. We were next to each other at a light and he wanted to race! I am in a damn VUE! He killed it taking off. I didn't try to race him, but damn.... Pretty damn funny if you ask me.

Time for more mods!
I have a 93 Z28 that im planning to take to the track once I get a few small details worked out.
My mods thus far are home made CIA, hooker long tubes and 4inch Y, SFC, Throttle body bypass, !EGR/AIR, 160* thermostat.
Details to work out are: Gears(2.73's...) tune, and tires. Im hoping to get in to the low 13's, or just to beat my buddies 96 trans am, again.
IS your TA an auto or m6?
What are your next plans for the car? --

My first time at the track I ran a 14.8 @ 96 MPH. I have a CAI, 160 thermostat, air foil, throttle body bypass, and a flowmaster exhaust. I'm pretty close to sealevel, I live 60 miles from the beach in NC. It was 85+ degrees and humid so I don't know how much that affected my times. I couldn't hook up though, either start from a stop sign or burn out through 3 gears. Although there were 2 C5 vettes there that were running 14.9's so I didn't feel to bad.
I'm going to put in a new clutch, SFC's, LCA's, and relo brackets before I go back. Not to mention I'm going to take out my 2x12's and amp (50 lbs +.) --

It is a M6 with 3.23 gears. I wasn't feeling bad at all with my time. There was a bunch of imports that I wasn't having a problem with, but my best kill (is it a kill at the strip?) was a LS1 Trans Am (A4 with much bigger tires in the back). The guy didn't know what he was doing, but I didn't either.
The next thing on my to do list is headers and exhaust. I am in an emissions city so I need to be careful, any help with selection will be welcome.
