well I am not the greatest with predictions on fuel injected engines but from my experience but mods don't seem to affect mileage all to much especially if your pcm isn't tuned for them, but you will probably want someone's input who is has messed around with injected engines more -- 1994 Camaro- lt4 with CAI, t56 6 spd transmission
1968 Camaro- 327 out of a combine with a moroso cam 500 lift 273 in/exh duration, edelbrock timing kit, 700 cfm edelbrock carb, mark williams 9in. rear end 4.77 gears, and a painless wiring kit

I have the GM847 that is similar to the CC306, I have a convertor and gears and I still manage mid to high teens.
But I can also go through a tank in 75 miles if I'm having fun.
A cam or mods without a tune is like having sex but no orgasim. --

since your car is an m6 you will be better off. you have double overdrive...which will help alot. if you drive it right you should still get decent milage -- Any chevy can be an SS.
Only a Camaro can be a Z28
