I'm still running the stock belt as far as I know. Where we supposed to get a different size? It seemed to fit snug with the ac delete pulley and doesn't squeek at all. Maybe I did get a new belt and just dont remember but I thought I was still using the stock size. -- 94z28 13.0@109 (still tweaking) best 60ft:2.22

The only ones I've seen, have used an A/C delete kit, that had a pulley that went in place of the A/C pump. They used the stock belt.

From what I have seen discussed over the years, there were two slightly different diameters used for the AC clutch pullies on the LT1's. Hence, a stock belt may work fine with the AC delete pulley on some cars, and may not work with others.
On your tensioner/idler pulley assembly, there are markings showing the acceptable range for the idler pulley position. If the pointer on the pulley is in the correct range, you have the correct length belt. If it isn't within the correct range, measure and get the correct length belt. --
