Hello, I've got a 2002 ws6 and just got new rims for it they are 17x9 front and 17x10.5 for the rears. I only drive the car about 2k a year and it never sees rain. I was wondering what tires you guys would recommend I have been looking at some Nitto 555(based on various forums post) or the Nitto Invo's. I would prefer the Invo's but they don't seem to make them in the tire size I would need. I have been going under the assumption that 245/45-17's for the front and 315/35-17 are best for the rear. If these tires sizes aren't correct let me know. I don't want to have to deal with tires that are rubbing the sidewalls ect so not sure if the 315's would cause that. Also if you have any other tire recommendations I would be interested in hearing your comments about those.

I ran the Nitto 555s and eventually ran the 555Rs (with a 12bolt). I like the 555s for an all around decent tire at a good price.
I think the factory 17x9s are wrapped in a 275/40-17 so you might look for that size. As for the rear, 315s on a 10.5" rim is going to be a little tight, 11" is recommended. As for clearance you will probably have to hammer the inner wheel well, check around for what others have done to run that size. -- Former ride: 531RWHP/477RWTQ

I went from 315/35/17's on 17X11 rims's to 335/35/17's on the same rims with no rubbing on the inside or outside. Having an adjustable Panhard bar really helps (94 Formula). Serious improvment in traction.
