inner tie rod Posted By: 94z_maro On: 01-26-2009 @ 01:58:21 Reply | Edit tryin to get the lower control arm off the front, but the inner tie rod is in the way and won't let my bolt slide out of the arm. i can't get the tie rod off for nothing. any tricks to getting it unscrewed? i've used a fan clutch wrench that fit on it perfect and couldn't get it turned, even used a pipe wrench. no luck at all. -- 94 Z28|BBK Mid-length Headers|SLP Loudmouth|!EGR|!CAGS|!AIR|Canton Oil Pan. Good luck getting it to come out without using the proper tool.
