Removal of T-top Handles

I am preparing to remove the interior parts off of my 95 T/A's t-tops to clean and lubricate the mechanisms as they are a little tough to operate. Cannot see how the handles are retained. I see no retaining screw and I didn't want to force it off and break it. Anyone know how to safely remove the t-top handles? Thanks!
