motor tap??

i have an 02 z28 with a tap on the driver side, wanted to know if anyone else had this problem what can be done, is it a collapsed lifter or a rocker arm??

Is it only on cold starts then goes away?

yea, it maybe atypical piston slap.

yeh after it heats up it goes away, im adding a 150 shot of nos this weekend and wanted to make sure its noyhing serious

Thats piston slap, your fine, just make sure your kit is hooked up right, and the safety equipment is set up. thats about it.
