I read about waterpumps going out at around 100k miles, mine went at 99k. Might be something to think about along with doing a tune up. Also I would check oil pressure at full opperating temp, should be around 40 psi @ idle. Mine also had a powers stearing hose leak @ 65k miles. --

LOL Make sure the windows aren't slow and see if the driver's side mirror shakes while driving (drive's me nuts). Rear end noise is something to look for. Make sure you can shift it smoothly. Let us know how it looks.
