yeah i run castrol full synthetic now i did use valvoline full synthetic but i switched but synthetic is so much better than regular motor oil it reduces valve train friction and lasts longer and doesnt break down as easily due to heat and friction as normal oil does, even though it is expensive it is worth it i highly reccomend it

Always ran mobil 1 syn, but just switched to Pennzoil Platium Syn, data to support found on http://www.bobistheoilguy.com/ but seems Mobil 1 syn is no longer 100% syn these days, I think the german mobil is still 100% syn, but not the us based mobil 1 syn.

I just switched to full Royal Purple fluids. Maybe I've been bamboozled by advertising, or maybe it's all the magazine articles where they gain hp going with it. Either way it worked, lol.

Autozone has 5qts pennzoil plat syn 5w30 and a fram tough guard filter for $19.99, even if you hate fram, toss the filter it is still a good deal for SYN oil, IMHO.
