I will throw this one out there, does anybody know what the happy spot for launching a m6 car is. I know there are soooo many variables. I just want to try something else. I went to the track last weekend after installing a new strange 12 bolt, with 3.73's, adjustable tourque arm, tubular control arms, adjustable shocks and front struts, car already has boxed sfc, ect... my 60' time went from a 2.1 or so to a 1.9 dumpming at 5k the mickey thompson et street radials will not hook in 1st especially if i spray it. it ran good mph 120 on spray and 108 on motor. If i could just knock a few tenths of the 60' it would run 12's on motor and 11's on the juice. any imput will be appriciated. -- 98 t/a tpis long tube headers, tpis edit, ls6 intake magnaflow cat back, kyb adjustable front struts, racetronix 255l in tank pump with hotwire kit.

try to slip the clutch for the first few feet to get the car moving. dumping at 5k will spin just about any tires. but really its all about getting on the track and seeing what works for you. practice a bunch of different ways and you will find one that works for you. --
