Posted this in the "Anything Goes" forum but wanted to post it here:
I'm pretty sure I'm going to order a lowering kit real soon, before I get the car out for spring. I'm looking at the eibach kits, and I'm not sure whether to get the pro-line or sport-line. I'd love the sport line because of the way it looks, but driveability may be a factor, with LTs and the RS body kit. Please Chime in if you have either of these kits, pics would be nice too.
Thanks! -- Red '99 Z28, M6, Factory body kit, K&N CAI, Flowmaster Catback, Pacesetter LTs, ORY, Pro 5.0 shifter, Hypertech 180 degree thermostat, Jet performance module, MSD 8.5mm wires, NGK TR55 Iridium plugs, chrome 18" AR Rebels, BFG G-force T/A KDW tires.

The car in my sig has the pro kit. I have LT's and never scrape. I think the sport lines would be to low for LT's. --

If you got a body kit on the car, then steep driveways and some road bumps will scrape them, otherwise if your like Bill where there it's flat as a board then your mint.
On my car its stock height and the prev owner managed to scrape the front facia on a steep driveway, you can bearly see it on the bottom but I live in the North East where its Mogul city. -- 2002 Navy Blue Metallic Trans-Am, 6 Speed, Leather, T-tops. Which wheel tire combo are you running on your vehicle? Alot of times you can get the sportline look without the eggravation with a slightly taller tire. If you are wanting stance and thats it get a sportline but the Pro handles better. A friend of mine, Dave Royce, is an engineer at Eibach and he informed me of the superior handling and true spring rates of the Pro kit. I have the Pro w/ 305/35/18 tires on the back and 275/40/17 on the front of my 01 TA, and it has about 3/4-1" worth of fender gap. Any less and it will scrape on the quarters. -- 1996 WS6 M6 Moser 12 bolt w/ 3.08 gears, enough other mods

I'm in the process of intalling the pro kit right now, my girlfriend bought it for me for my b-day. I got the front torn apart right now. I rented a spring compressor and me being dumb only got 1. But I have to go into work now so I'll be renting another one tomorrow and hopefully I'll get some time in the next couple days to finish it up. I'll post up some pics when I get it done. BTW I have the same tire sizes except my width is 275 and 245. -- Red '99 Z28, M6, Factory body kit, K&N CAI, Flowmaster Catback, Pacesetter LTs, ORY, Pro 5.0 shifter, Hypertech 180 degree thermostat, Jet performance module, MSD 8.5mm wires, NGK TR55 Iridium plugs, chrome 18" AR Rebels, BFG G-force T/A KDW tires.
