LED lights in steering wheel help?

I'm trying to change my camaro's dash lights over to red, the only thing left is the steering wheel. Does anyone know if there is a way to change the lights...I dont want to break it. Also my friend has a 99 Trans am and he wants to know if there is anyway to put lights in his buttons on the steering wheel like th3 02's?

Yes, you can change them, but you have to take apart the control to do it.

Also, on the 99, the controls do light up, his lights are just burned out, he can change them the same way.
