If your even thinking about a cam you need the 4.10's/4.11's

would 373's be good on a A-4 car I think 410's would be to much gear, for just bolt ons -- ima://Documents%20and%20Settings/MOM/My%20Documents/My%20Pictures/Picture%20or%20Video/Picture%20or%20Video%20202.jpg

An a4 car could probably use 4.10's on the track, but will likely have the motor reving higher than you may like on the freeway. Try using one of the calculators at http://www.fbody.com/calc.htm For an automatic on the 1/4 mile, use 1.1 as the trannsmission gear, your tire size, trap speed, and rear gear to give you rpm's through the traps. For an automatic on the freeway, use .7 for the transmission gear, then the same everything else to give you cruising rpms. -- The crap gas wonder: 1982 Z28, forged 10:1 383, ported 23* trick flow heads, 246/254 .558/.558 hyd. roller, 3.73's, 3500 stall
