No factory fbody came with a 12bolt
Rear brakes on both cars are single piston, the front brakes however are 2piston on the LS1 car, while your current brakes are only 1piston--so those would be an upgrade and you might want to search the lt1 forum on what all is involved on the swap.
The seats "should" be a direct swap
I would assume LT1 and LS1 ground effects would be differet, but I am not positive

The best you could hope for is if the rear end had an upgraded posi, or if it it wasa t-56 car it had 3.42 gears

the only differance in the ground fx is going to be the front piece. the other will fit.

thanks! I got all but the rear! 400$ for the whole rear hatch (including ss spoiler) painted the color of my car already,full leather interior in perfect condition, all other body parts,dash, insturment cluster, switches, t-tops, doors, mirrors....ect! what a deal!
