I have C6 rims on there now so my rear tires are 10.5 wide and my front are 9.5. I know that this will help me hook up instead of spinning but i didnt know where to leave the traction control on to stop all spinning or take it off and let the ls1 show its power.  -- 98 Formula. It heats up the tranny a little bit. Not much unless you do it for an extended period of time. I always just leave off idle (even back when the car was stock). The drive shaft is not spinning unless the tires are.
