its very simple so dont make it rough on yourself.grab the URL on the image (no it cant be on your hard drive it cant be on geocities or webshots they dont let you hot link). starting with the URL such as: http://cjcfo.fbody.com/members/jhogan@fbody.com/jim/monkey.jpg
chop off the http:// part and replace it with img:// for example now you have:
