ok, so i think it was like a 03 or something cavaquere, it had the blue headlight, the rims, the body kit, the tinted windows...it was night, and we hit a light, i reved, and he didnt, i decided to launch anyway, and to my surprise he did also, weird thing is, this calaquere is right next to me, so i slam second and he is still there, as i get to the top of second i start to pull...but this is the odd part, something sounded odd about his shift...
we catch another light, i launch better, and pull half a car before 2nd, and sure enough i heard the blow off valve from his car that time...anywho, i pretty much just pulled more in 3rd...
sort of sad to boost something and not even be able to beat a basically stock v6 bird... --

Evo's can be killer off the line. Especially if the person who is driving it can afford a new clutch every couple hundred miles. --

+1 on giving it to the EVO's. I work for a Subie dealership. We tune and upgrade a lot of STi's and EVO's for the local guys. Have several around here running low 12's with mild mods. -- 1997 WS6 A4, Flowmaster catback, K&N drop in. More to come!!!
