Not a great race, but a fun one.

BSM and I met up with our friend and his buddy. His friend had a Buick Riviera with a supercharged 3.8 in it. We were in the TA. They had been cruising around all night looking for a race and all the cars they challenged would just turn off. We hung out a for a while talking and then decided to head home. When we to our cars my friend asked if I was making a pass (there's a spot on the way home that's a marked out 1/4 mile and all the races happen there). I told him that anything was possible and he just laughed.

We got out to the spot and lined up. There were cars approaching behind us so I didn't do a burnout or anything. I let him have the jump and then I took off real slow so I didn't blow the tires off. I got rolling and they were about 1-1.5 cars in front and then I hit it. I spun a little and the car kick a little sideways and then I hooked up and started pulling. I blew past them and ended up pulling about 4 cars in front by the end of the 1/4 mile. Definitally an expected outcome, but it's always fun to race.

BTW, Rob, I flushed all the coolant system out yesterday and the car has heat again, lol. One step closer to being ready for you to take delivery
