humidity vs. ET's

i am new to the sport so i know this is a kind of duh huh question for some of you guys. how bad can humidity hurt your et? after seeing everyone at the track on sat i know it's not bs. it was at something like 85% or maybe 90% by the time the day was done. and i know that there is no way putting on my headers made me 2 tenths slower. just curious.

Yea, Humidity kills MPH which basically kills et's. With the air being hotter, oxygen has expanded, so its less compact, and everything else is hotter. Your motor cools down slower and most times not at all in the staging lanes.

But make sure your header gaskets are tight and bolts snug. Also Look into getting a PCMforless.com tune becuase when you do headers most times your running lean.
