buzzed a firehawk Posted By: bad84bowtie On: 03-15-2010 @ 15:05:37 Reply | Edit There I was sitting in the left turn lane to the only two lane strech of highway on my island. I ook in my mirrors out of boredom a what do I see? A bright yellow firehawk convertable(I have seen it driving around before small island) two cars back. The light turns green and I cruze into the right lane and slowly get up to 50. The firehawk passes the car inbetween us and revs at me as he passes. I down shift to 3rd, put my right foot on the floor and chase him. I blew by him and shifted into 4th. I guess he didn't want to play, because he didn't give chase. He stayed behind me 200-300 yards all the way to the next town. I know I would have gotten murdered, but it would have been fun. This was also the first time I have gone past 1/2 throttle since I built my new motor. -- 355 motor a few hop ups, T-5 transmission, disc brake 10 bolt 3.73 gears.
