<link>http://www.fbody.com/cgi-bin/lt1/read.cgi?msgid=291951</link>
<comments>Ok, thought I would start out the project with a few things.
Please add to this list, I do not claim to know everything about tuning PCM s your turn to add to this list!

I suggest copy mine and re-post with your additions.
Hopefully as time goes by we will have a nice list put together.

<comments>Hello and Welcome to Fbody.com, a great place for basic and in depth knowledge on most years of the Fbody platform.

Please take the time to read the FAQ thread located at the top of the page, there are some smileys and advice on how to make a signature.

Also notice there is a search feature that works great on this site, better than other F-body sites for sure.

If you have a question please make sure you post it in the correct forum, ie. can t find it with a reasonable search. Odds are, there</comments>

<title>4L60E Question.</title>
<link>http://www.fbody.com/cgi-bin/lt1/read.cgi?msgid=294923</link>
<comments>I was having a problem, that when I would manuely down shift from 4th. to 3rd., the trans. would free wheel unless the converter was already in lock-up. I installed a TransGo Shift Kit w/new TransGo Seperator Plate and TCI Synthetic Fluid and it worked fine for a couple of days, now it s doing the same thing. It really snaps your Neck when it shifts now and all else is fine. Any ideas? Thanks.</comments>

<title>Post Your Roll Cage Pics.</title>
<link>http://www.fbody.com/cgi-bin/lt1/read.cgi?msgid=254073</link>
<comments>Everyone post pictures of your roll cage. I want to see what different cages look like installed in Fbodies.

I especially want to see if there is a cage with a very low side bar, so it is as easy as possible to get in and out.

Also can you move/lean back the seat far enough before hitting the rear cross bar for a 6 person to fit comfortably in the car?

Does anyone know what side the bank 1 is, drivers side or passenger side, and what the hell i can do about the cat? and does anyone know where i can get o2 simulators, or rig it somehow that i can take them out without having codes thrown at the comp? <comments>I have a guy looking at my engine who wants to be able to use it with a standard SBC radiator... Does anyone have a diagram that shows the actual flow direction of all the ports on the water pump?

Also, which if any of the smaller ports can be blocked off rather than T d into a shared line?

Temperature should be between 50-85 all summer. Lastly, is there anything else I should remember to do prior to starting the car (ie: pull the igntion fuse out of the fuse box to get oil running through the motor). Not reall</comments>

I cant figure it out! I hope someone out there has been there done that and can help me</comments>

<title>Header question</title>
<link>http://www.fbody.com/cgi-bin/lt1/read.cgi?msgid=294867</link>
<comments>I am looking at getting some coated headers, but I am not sure where to look or who makes a good set for the LT1. I would also appreciate some input on muffler selection and if it is possible to run a true dual set up.

Oh to let you know the ones that I have been considering are the Pacesetter ceramics and the Dynomax Ultra Flo bullet mufflers.</comments>
